The Committee on Construction, Urban Development, Housing and Communal Services and Regional Policy recommends The Verkhovna Rada to adopt the Bill on Amendments to several Legislative Acts of Ukraine concerning Enhancement of the Order of Payment for Public Utility Services, and Improvement of their Quality

$Опис : C:\Documents and Settings\Имя\Рабочий стол\2.jpg$ The bill (Reg. No. 7099) amends the Laws "On Public Utility Services", "On Heat Supply", and the Economic Code to specify the order of payment for public utility services, and improve their quality.

The Committee members supported the bill, as its adoption will contribute to the financial visibility by payment for the public utility services, and strengthen financial discipline of the consumers.
